These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Pinnacle Pizza, including event catering, private hire, pizza classes, and pre-orders. By confirming a booking or placing an order, the client agrees to the following terms.
1. About Pinnacle Pizza
Pinnacle Pizza is a mobile pizza catering business operating from a gazebo setup using LPG gas-fired Gozney ovens. Service is provided outdoors only due to equipment safety requirements.
We provide catering for weddings, private parties, corporate events, markets, festivals, pop ups and pizza classes.
2. Bookings & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability.
A booking is confirmed only once a deposit has been received.
Event dates are not reserved until payment is made.
Confirmation will be provided in writing.
The client is responsible for providing accurate event details including location, timings, access arrangements, and expected guest numbers.
3. Deposits
A 25% deposit is required to secure all bookings.
Deposits are refundable up to 30 days prior to the booking date.
Within 30 days of the event, deposits become non-refundable.
The deposit is deducted from the final balance.
4. Payments
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the booking date.
Accepted payment methods:
Card payment
Bank transfer
Cash (by prior agreement)
If full payment is not received by the due date, Pinnacle Pizza reserves the right to cancel the booking.
5. Pricing, Service Time & Minimum Spend
Private Hire & Events
Private hire pricing and service duration are agreed individually for each booking based on guest numbers and event requirements.
Masterclasses at Customer Venues
Masterclasses held at a customer’s venue or property are subject to a minimum spend, agreed at the time of booking.
6. Travel
No travel fee applies within a 60mile radius of Plymouth
Events outside this radious may be subject to additional travel charges.
7. Outdoor Service Requirement
Due to the use of LPG gas ovens:
Pinnacle Pizza operates outdoors only.
Clients must provide a suitable outdoor space that is:
Flat and stable
Safe for hot cooking equipment
Accessible for setup and breakdown
Indoor service is not permitted.
8. Setup, Access & Venue Requirements
The client must ensure:
Safe vehicle access for unloading equipment.
Adequate outdoor space for gazebo and ovens.
Access to the setup area at least 60–90 minutes prior to service time unless otherwise agreed.
Compliance with venue rules and permissions.
Delays caused by restricted access or venue issues may reduce serving time without refund.
Pinnacle Pizza reserves the right to refuse setup if conditions are unsafe.
9. Water & Hygiene
Pinnacle Pizza provides its own handwashing facilities and operates in accordance with UK food hygiene regulations.
10. Pre-Orders
Pre-orders apply to private events and masterclasses.
Full payment must be received 7 days before service.
Menu selections and quantities must be confirmed in advance.
No changes, reductions, or cancellations can be made within 48 hours of the booking.
Collection or serving times must be adhered to.
11. Service Style & Queue Management
Pinnacle Pizza prepares pizzas fresh to order.
Service operates on a continuous service basis rather than individual plated meals.
Waiting times may occur during busy periods.
The client agrees that Pinnacle Pizza is not responsible for managing guest queues unless specifically agreed in advance.
12. Unlimited Pizza / Catering Expectations
Where an event is described as “unlimited pizza” or similar:
This refers to continuous pizza service during the agreed serving period only.
Service ends at the agreed finish time regardless of remaining guests.
Pinnacle Pizza is not responsible if all guests do not access food within the service window.
Excessive food waste or takeaway packing may be limited at staff discretion.
13. Guest Numbers
Final guest numbers must be confirmed at least 7 days before the event.
Increases may be accommodated where possible but cannot be guaranteed.
14. Venue Delays & Late Starts
If service is delayed due to:
Late-running ceremonies,
Venue schedule changes,
Speeches, entertainment, or client requests,
the agreed finish time will remain unchanged unless additional service time is agreed and paid for.
Additional service time may incur extra charges.
15. Weather & Safety Policy
As an outdoor catering business, service may be affected by severe weather including high winds, storms, flooding, or unsafe ground conditions.
Pinnacle Pizza retains full authority to pause, modify, relocate, or cancel service where safety is at risk.
Safety decisions are final.
16. Power & Site Responsibility
Pinnacle Pizza operates using LPG gas ovens and is largely self-contained.
The client or venue remains responsible for:
Site safety,
Ground conditions,
Suitable operating space,
Required permissions for outdoor catering.
17. Masterclasses
Booking & Location
Masterclasses may take place at:
Customer venues or private properties with suitable outside space, or
Hired third-party venues arranged by Pinnacle Pizza.
Participation
Masterclasses are hands-on cooking experiences.
Adults and children may participate.
Children must remain supervised by a responsible adult.
Participants must follow all safety instructions when working near hot ovens.
Cancellations
Payments are non-refundable within 7 days of the masterclass.
Spaces may be transferred to another participant with prior notice.
18. Allergens & Food Safety
Food is prepared in an environment handling common allergens including gluten, dairy, and nuts.
Pinnacle Pizza cannot guarantee allergen-free products. Customers must notify us of allergies in advance.
